Helen Irene Hook 45, of Clay, died Monday January 5, 2015 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years Eugene Hook of Clay; two daughters Lorna McElroy of Evansville, IN and Krystal Hook of Aberdeen, MD; one son Jared Hook of Clay; one sister Lucille Marie Crawford of Kankakee, IL; five brothers Donald Papineau of Kankakee, IL., John Papineau and Mike Papineau both of Providence, LeRoy Papineau of Wheatcroft and Tom Papineau of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday January 10, 2015 1 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Clay with Bro. Ronnie Gibson officiating. 

Friends may call Saturday January 10, 2015 from 11:00 am til service time at the church.

Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY is in charge of arrangements.
