Samuel Virgil Wood
Samuel Virgil Wood, 108, of Providence died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2015 at Ridgewood Terrace in Madisonville.
He is survived by three step-daughters, Della Gobin, Ruby Carter and Joyce Akridge; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and cousins.
Services were conducted Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Providence.
Burial was in Wood Cemetery in Hopkins County.
