Carrie L. Kutev, 79, of Henderson, died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Henderson Nursing. 
She is survived by her sons, Richard Denner, Robert Walker, LeRoy Hostings and Veice Kutev; one brother, Jessie Randall; one sister, Dora Grace Hargrave; several grandchildren.

Carolyn Sue Montgomery of Montegut, LA, formerly of Wheatcroft, died Monday, July 20, 2015.  
She is preceded by her parents, Elliott “Dink” Montgomery and Agnes Dills Montgomery, two sisters, Willetta Scott and Jean Stone and two brothers, Bill and Don Montgomery.
Among local survivors she is survived by a brother, Ron Montgomery of Dixon.
No funeral services were conducted.

Carol Douglas Dennis (Doug), 68, of Providence, died Saturday, July 25, 2015.  
He is survived by his cousins, nephews Mike Clayton and Brent Clayton and sons.
Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday July 28, 2015 at Jones & Kirby Funeral Home in Providence. 
Burial was in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

David “PeeWee” Nall


David “PeeWee” Nall
David “PeeWee” Nall, 64, of Providence, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loving family.  
He was born Thursday, October 5, 1950, in Morganfield, Kentucky, the first son of Thomas L. and Mary H. (Fletcher) Nall. He was a 1968 graduate of Webster County High School and following graduation, enlisted in the US Air Force where he proudly served during the Vietnam War. David married Beth Hagan, in Seguin, Texas, on Saturday, July 10, 1971, while stationed at Bergstrom Air Force base out of Austin, Texas.   
While David was baptized in the Methodist faith, he attended the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Providence. He worked at the P&M Colonial Mines in Madisonville, for 16 years and was also a heavy equipment operator at Big Rivers Electric Company Sebree Power Plant, retiring after 14 years of service. PeeWee was a member of the Jachin Masonic Lodge, the American Legion Post in Clay, where he served as adjutant for several years and VFW Post Men’s Auxiliary in Providence. David loved to make pickled eggs for the club to sell. He was an avid fisherman, bird and deer hunter. He enjoyed playing cards, drag racing, trading trucks and golfing. He was a friend to everyone, never meeting a stranger. Above all, David loved his family and spending time with them.  
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Beth, of 44 years; a son, Thomas L. and his wife Jinni Nall of Chattanooga, Tennessee; siblings, Dixie Williams, Bo (Renee) Nall and Rita (Mike) Cardwell of Clay, Ky., as well as many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Thomas and Mary Helen Nall.
Many thanks to St. Anthony Hospice for their care and support. 
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday July 29, 2015 1 p.m. at Webb Memorial United Methodist Church in Clay, with Father Bruce Fogle officiating and burial to follow in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay.
Visitation was Tuesday 2:30-8 p.m. and Wednesday 9 a.m. until service time at the church.

Marylin (Gray) Todd, 73 of Sebree passed away Friday July 24, 2015 at 7:20 p.m. at her home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.
She was born in Conway, Arkansas on June 7, 1942.
She was the owner of Jani Clean Inc. and a member of Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Sue Moore Warren and one brother, James “Sonny” Warren.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Todd; three children, Diane Pruitt and husband Frank of Sebree, Ronald Todd, Jr. and wife Monica of Sebree, and Amanda Driesbach and husband Glenn of Sebree; three sisters, Becky Sharp of Henderson, Elizabeth McWilliams and Sara Davis both of Evansville, IN; nine grandchildren, Nathan Pruitt, Meredith Oliver and husband Lucas, Mary Alison Pruitt, Chelsey Wright and husband Matthew, Shelby Todd, Mallory Todd, Emily Todd, Lindsey Driesbach and Jayme Driesbach; seven great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel with Dr. Bob Hardison will officiating.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
Visitation was Monday 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

She is survived by her sons, Jermaine V Taylor and Mitchell J McElroy; daughters, Melissa J McElroy (Charles) AND Jillian V Taylor; brothers, Overton Jackson and Tony Lovell Pillow (Sonya); sisters, Charlotte Fisher, Pam Pearson and Melony Pillow-Taylor (Damon); five grandchildren. 
Visitation and Service was held Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church from 11 a.m. until service at 12 p.m.

She is survived by one son, Paul Harmon; one daughter, Peggy L. Day; ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A private service will be held at Shady Grove Cemetery.

Charles Wallace Heady
Charles Wallace Heady, 80, of Blackford, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
He was a field representative for AFLCIO.
He was a Kentucky Colonel, a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rites and also a Shriner.  He was a member of Hope Community Church of God in Clarkesville, IN.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Alda Heady in 1989 and a brother Gary Heady.
Survivors include two daughters, Robin Littlepage of Nortonville, and Becky Meadows of Clay;  two sons, Roger Dale Heady of Robinson, IL and Ron Heady of Dixon; one sister, Adrena Green of Clay and one brother, Bruce Heady of Blackford; eight grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Mike Putman, Bro. Larry Williams and Bro. Gary Dock officiating.  
Burial was in Blackford Cemetery in Blackford.

Betty Rickard Maciag
Betty Rickard Maciag, 91, of Madisonville,  passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville.
She was born July 28, 1923 in McClean Co., to the late Roy Stroud and Virginia Vickers Stroud. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Bro. Eldred Ernest Rickard; second husband, Albert Maciag;two brothers, Clyde Stroud and O.V. Stroud; and three sisters, Alberta Dimmett, JoNell Clark, and Sue Miles.
Mrs. Maciag was a homemaker. She was a member of Fellowship Temple Church and a Kentucky Colonel. She was a people person, loved cooking, and loved her dog, Spanky.
She is survived by two daughters, Fay (Chesley) Rodgers of Madisonville and Kay (Don) Williams of Madisonville; three sons, Stroud (Patsy) Rickard of Madisonville, Bro. Gene (Betty) Rickard of Hanson, and William “Bill” (Faye) Rickard of Madisonville; two brothers, Coleman (Glenda) Stroud of Sacramento, and Harry (Katherine) Stroud of Providence; 14 grandchildren, Daniel Rickard, Dana Young, Danielle (Jacob) Rodgers, Tonya (Mitch) Cotton, Wesley (Michelle) Tichenor, Daniel (Shanna) Williams, Heath (Jana) Puckett, Heather (Jason) Dunlap, Steven Rickard, Matthew Rickard, Melody Rickard, David (Tonya) Rickard, Beverly (George) Petitt, and Deborah (Hank) Knowles;  several great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral Service were held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 17, 2015 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Blake and Bro. Bill Skipworth officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation was from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday and from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were Wesley Tichenor, Heath Puckett, David Rickard, Bro. Mitch Cotton, George Petitt, and Jacob Rodgers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Dunlap, Hank Knowles, Matthew Rickard, and Steven Rickard.

David Allen Guinn, 64, of Providence, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. 
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Guinn; two sons, Shaun Guinn and Derek Guinn; one brother, Rodney Guinn; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday July 18 at Jones & Kirby Funeral Home in Providence. 
Burial was in Babb Cemetery.

Margaret A. Stone Hanor


Margaret A. Stone Hanor 74, of Dixon, passed away at her home on Saturday July 4, 2015.
She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Dixon. She had worked for the Webster County Extension office for 23 years and had also worked in the Webster County Court Clerk’s office for 3 years, she loved ginseng hunting and gardening. She loved her grandkids and great grandkids. She is the daughter of the late Bethel and Annie Lou Stone. She was preceded in death by a sister Judy Riden.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years Jimmy W. Hanor of Dixon; three daughters, Cindy Marsh and her husband Larry of Dixon, Tammy Lewis-Wittenbraker and her husband Jim of Newburgh, IN and Sheri Fields and her husband Chris of Dixon; two sisters, Helen Hobgood of Providence, and Martha Julian of Evansville, IN; one brother, Hubert Stone of Dixon; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon with the Rev. Ellis Payne officiating.
Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon.
Visitation was from 3-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Tina Ruth Stevens, 54 of Sebree, died Friday July 3, 2015 at Red Banks Colonial Terrace in Sebree.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Bobby Stevens; one daughter, Tarah Jones of Merrimac, MA; one son, Bobby Jones of Merrimac, MA; one sister, Candy Uysak of New Hampshire; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

RC Edwards

RC Edwards 90, of Clay, passed away on Saturday July 4th, 2015 to go be home with his wife Helen Marie Hopper Edwards, that passed on earlier in the week. 
He was a Farmer and lifelong member of Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon. He was a US Army WWII veteran.
Survivors include his two sons, Butch Edwards and his wife Jane and David Edwards and his wife Joyce both of Clay; four grandchildren, Andrea Wunderlich and her husband George, Robbie Edwards and his wife Rita, Paul Edwards and his wife Sarah and Brandi Collins and her husband Jarred; 13 great grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren; and nieces.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday July 6, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon with Min. George Wunderlich and Min. Gary Puryear officiating.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon. Military Honors were performed graveside by the Hopkins County Honor Guard.
Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday and from 8 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home.

Service will  be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday July 8 at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Pastor William A. Earl officiating.
Burial will be in Green Grove Cemetery in Providence.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Doris Marie Mears, 85, of Coldwater, MI, died  Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jay Mears; one daughter, Judy Foulke of Coldwater, MI; one brother, Gene (Faye) Mitchell of Providence; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service  was conducted Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 1 p.m. at White County Memorial Garden in Carmi, IL.

Helen Marie Hopper Edwards 92, of Clay, passed away on Monday June 29, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY.
She was a Homemaker and lifelong member of Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon, KY.
Survivors include her husband of 72 years, R.C. Edwards of Clay, KY; two sons Butch Edwards and his wife Jane and David Edwards and his wife Joyce both of Clay; four grandchildren Andrea Wunderlich and her husband George, Robbie Edwards and his wife Rita, Paul Edwards and his wife Sarah and Brandi Collins and her husband Jarred; 13 great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren;  nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 1, 2015 at 11am at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon with Ministers George Wunderlich and Gary Puryear officiating.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon.

Carolyn Ann Patterson McChesney, 60, of Providence, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away at 12:40 a.m. Friday June 26, 2015 in Madisonville, KY.  She was born July 24, 1954 in Gary, IN to the late Audie and Bonnie Jewell (Gobin) Patterson. She married Larry McChesney on July 14, 2013. Carolyn was a tax preparer and of the Church of God faith.
She is survived by two daughters, Prudance and husband Quincy Evans; Crystal Parks and husband Chris Tabor and a son: Jerric Voss all of Providence; her sister: Linda and husband Lonnie Lane of Junction, IL; nieces and nephews: Dallas Lane of Junction; Natalie and husband Adrian Thodoropoulos of Paducah; five grandchildren: Robert, Kendall, Xavier, Zander, Alyzah and Great-granddaughter, Katalina.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and nephew, Chad Lane.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday July 3, 2015 at Reed Funeral Chapel with Rev. Harold Miller officiating.

Neveline Cowan 99, of Winter Haven, FL passed away Tuesday June 23, 2015 at a healthcare facility in Evansville, IN. 
Ms. Cowan was a retired school teacher who taught for 53 years.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Clara M. Hubbard of Evansville, IN, Mary B. (John) Hayes of Nebo, KY, Joe (Shirley) Farmer of Morganfield, KY, and William C. (Venda) Farmer of Morganfield;  also surviving her are numerous great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and great great great nieces and nephews.  
Funeral service were held at 11 a.m. Saturday June 27th at Melton Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Stone officiating.
Visitation was from 10 a.m. until service time.

Service will  be held at 2 p.m. Sunday July 5 at Jones and Kirby Funeral Home in Providence.
