Billy Carroll Winstead, 54, of Dixon died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014 at his home.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lisa Winstead; his mother, Lola Schwersinske of Henderson; four brothers, Norman Winstead, Jr. and Arnold Winstead both of Dixon, Doris Winstead of Louisville and Roger Winstead of Slaughters; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. 

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 3, 2014 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon with the Rev. Don Canode officiating. 

Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Dixon. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
