Wilma Willoughby Webb of Madisonville died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

She is survived by one daughter, Vicki Davis of Madisonville; a stepson, Ron Webb of Ohio; one brother, Archie Willoughby of Florida; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Slaughters-Hanson Chapel with the Rev. Phil Sullivan officiating.

Burial was private.
