David Allen Prow

David Allen Prow, 42, passed away Monday, December 8, 2014 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

He worked at Dodge Hill Mining Co. Union County.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Archie Lee Prow in 2011 and his mother Rose Shoulders in 2004.

Survivors include Fiancé Falon Russell; two sons Zachary Prow of Clay, and Logan Prow of Madisonville; his father and step-mother Allen “Butch” Prow and Kellie of Clay; his step-father Davis Shoulders and his wife Phyllis of Henderson; one sister Darla Wright of Clay; one-half-sister Samantha Piper of Clay; one-half-brother Jason Shoulders of Henderson; grandmother Rosemary Prow of Clay; one  grandchild Zoey Jane Prow of Clay and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 12, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral in Clay with  Bro. Earl Reeves and Bro. Mike Putman officiating with burial in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay. 

Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and from Friday morning from 8:00 AM til service time. Online condolences can be made at www.vanoverfuneralhome.com.                              paid
