Coleman David “Skip” Buchanan

Coleman David “Skip” Buchanan, 85, of Waverly, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine Buchanan; two daughters, Sherri Clements of Waverly and Anita Ressett of Dixon; one son, Paul Buchanan of New Roads, LA; 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2014 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield with the Rev. Gary Murray officiating.   

Burial was in Woodland Cemetery in Spring Grove.
