Dewey Douglas Conrad, 67 of Hanson, passed away at Baptist Health in Madisonville July 30, 2015.

He was a retired painter and worked in the coal mining industry for many years.

Mr. Conrad is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patty Conrad and their children Dewey Douglas Conrad III of Evansville, IN., Shannon Denise Cain of Madisonville, and Kevin Lee Conrad of Hanson; one sister, Sheila Reynolds; two brothers, John Conrad and Larry Conrad; 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was also an Uncle to several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 5th 2015 at 4 p.m. at Melton Funeral Home in Providence with Bro. Ralph Alexander officiating.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until service time.                          paid
