Cindy Ann White, 49, of Nebo, died Monday, August 10, 2015 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson.
She is survived by her father, William Earl Winebarger; her husband, Thomas White; one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Hodges; one sister, Sarah Beth Stevens; one nephew, Michael Allan Stevens.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday Aug. 14, 2015 at Jones & Kirby Funeral Home in Providence.
Burial will be in Green Grove Cemetery in Providence.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday.
