Christy Dawn Grissom, 48, of Wingo formerly of Providence, died at 4:45 a.m. Monday February 23, 2015 at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. 

She was a member of Water Valley Baptist Church and a Speech Language Pathologist at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield. 

She is survived by her husband, Tim Grissom; one daughter, Chelsea Grissom, of Wingo; one son, Ty Grissom, of Wingo; her mother, Donna Villines and her father and step-mother, Chris and Gwen Villines and all of Providence; one brother, Darren Villines, Clay; nieces and nephews. 

Services will be conducted Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Revs. Howard Copeland and Tommy Stewart officiating. 

Friends may call after 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.
