Jennifer Danielle Caldwell 29, of Dixon passed away at home. 

She is survived by her mother and step-father Lori and Rodney Puckett of Dixon; her father and step-mother Joseph and Diana Caldwell of Henderson; grandparents Joseph Sr. and Verna Sue Caldwell of Louisville, Ruby Nally of Philpot, and Carl “C.B.” Parker of Sebree; two sisters, Brandy Stone and Brittany Snow both of Henderson; two step-sisters Ashley Duncan of Beaver Dam and Tiffany Morrow of Waverly; five step-brothers, Joshua Puckett and Jerry Morrow of Henderson, Jeremiah Puckett of Flora, IL, Jacob Puckett of Evansville, IN, and Rodney L. Puckett of Owensboro. 

Memorial services will be held at a later date. 

Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon is handling the arrangements.   paid
