Phyliss A. Miclette

Phyllis A. Miclette, 75, of Dixon formerly of Carmi, IL passed away at 4:15 a.m., Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Lucy Smith Care Center in Henderson.  

She was born September 28, 1939 in Hartford, CT the daughter of Wilfred and Mary (Milton) Schofield. Phyllis married Roger J. Miclette on April 16, 1962 and he preceded her in death on September 20, 2004. She was a homemaker and member of Trinity Assembly of God Church in Carmi.  

Phyllis is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Jimmy King of Carmi, IL and Carlene and William McKinley of Dixon; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Marcia Smith of Dixon and Donald and Darla Miclette of St. Charles, MO; a sister, Beverly Forand of Hebron, CT; a brother, Leslie Schofield of Tolland, CT; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  

She was also preceded in death by a son, Scott Miclette and a sister, Ethel Therrien.

Funeral services for Phyllis A. Miclette, 75, of Dixon, formerly of Carmi, IL will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.  

Burial will be in White County Memorial Garden.
