Georgia Anna Parker, 93, of Providence died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. 

She was born to the late Jim and Olivia Shaw Aug. 6, 1921 in Ripley, TN. She was the last of nine children born to this union.

She united in holy matrimony to the late Robert Hennings. To this union the late Charles Hennings, Emma Hennings and the late Ira Shaw was born.

Later in life after moving to Gary, IN, she met and married Bennie Lee Parker.

She is survived by three daughters, Emma Phillips, Brenda (James) Brasher of Providence and Geraldine Parker; also a host grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Providence. 

Burial was in Cumberland Hill Cemetery.     paid
