Duane Zachary, 75, of Slaughters died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. 

He is survived by two daughters, Jackie Nance and Janice Carter both of Slaughters; one son, Dennis Zachary of Jasper, IN; one sister, Peggy Coomes; one brother, Bryan Zachary; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014 at 4 p.m. at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughter Chapel with Pastor James Keegan officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m until service time.

Burial will be at a later date.
