Joretta Frazer, 82, of Dalton, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 15, at Baptist Health Madisonville. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Reed Frazer and a daughter, Georgetta Frazer.

She is survived by a daughter, Lynne (Marvin) Sisk of Dalton; two granddaughters Gina Thorpe of Manitou and Marci Cronin of Paris, TN and one step-granddaughter Stephanie Crane of Buford GA; great-grandchildren, Keith Simcox, Brian Simcox, Ethan Cronin, Elizabeth Cronin, Evan Crane and Willa Crane; three sisters, Laura Rickard, Mildred Parker and Lois Clayton all of Madisonville. 

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 17, from 5-8 p.m. at Melton Funeral Home in Providence. 

A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Beulah Cemetery in Beulah.  

There will be no visitation at Melton Funeral Home on Thursday.
