Rev. Bobby J. McClain
The Rev. Bobby J. McClain 78 of Evansville, IN died at home on Monday May 12, 2014. He was a General Baptist Minister from 1965 until present at several churches in the Tri-state area. He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah, one son Dallas McClain and a great grandson Robert Plemmons. He is survived by two daughters Darlene Hamilton and Sarah Briggeman and her husband Steve both of Evansville, IN; one son Johney McClain of Evansville, IN; one sister Nellie Whitledge of Paducah; one brother George McClain of Madisonville; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Thursday May 15, 2014 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Burial will be in Townsend Cemetery in Dixon. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society P.O.
