Sara Beth Todd, 60, of Providence, died Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Shemwell Health Care.

She was a nurse for 30 years at Webster County Coal Company and a lifelong member of Providence General Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Dale Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Todd; two sons, Greg Todd and his wife, Christy of Birmingham, AL, and Jeff Todd of Providence; two brothers, Ken Johnson and his wife Barbara of Bowling Green and Bob Johnson and his wife, Sarah of Madisonville; four grandchildren.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Jones and Erd man Funeral Home in Providence.   

Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery in Providence.  paid
