Helen M. Cook, 78, of Haleyville, AL, died Sunday, March 2, 2014. 

She is survived by one daughter, Liz Curtis; three sons, Phil Cook, Chuck Cook and Paul Cook; one brother, Compton I. Mahurin; seven grandchildren.

Graveside services were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Onton Cemetery.    

Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
