Edith M. Evans, 96, of Clay City, IL, died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014 at Flora Healthcare and Rehab Center in Flora, IL.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra K. Brooks of Dixon; one son, Ray Evans of Clay City, IL; one sister, Dorothy Baylor of Fairfield, IL; one brother, Leon Travis of Clay City, IL; four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 at Summbers-Kistler Funeral Home in Clay City, IL with Pastors Mark Canada and Dean Brown officiating.   

Burial was in Clay City Cemetery.
