Mark Douglas Hamby, 58, of Dixon, died Friday, Feb. 7, 2014. 

He is survived by his companion for 12 years, Shannon Carl; his mother, Carolyn Hamby of Owensboro; two sons, Brian Hamby of Utica and Mark L. Hamby of Henderson; one sister, Pamela Legate of Owensboro; five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon with Bro. Larry Brown officiating.  

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
