Carol Sue “Susie” Wood

Carol Sue “Susie” Wood, 72, of Robards, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson.  

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Wayne Wood; two daughters, Kathy Vaughn of Newburgh, IN and Amy Newman of Poole; one son, David Wood of Sebree; one brother, Jim Ashby of Robards; eight grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 in Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel with Dr. Dean Esarey officiating.   

Burial was in  Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole.
