Alison N. Whitledge
Alison N. Whitledge, 43, of Providence, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
She is survived by husband, Danny Whitledge; one daughter Macie and one son, Logan, both at home; her father, Doyle Oakley of Providence; one sister, Beverly Fowler of Waverly; great uncle James Earl Rich of Dixon.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014 at Jones and Erdman Funeral Home in Providence.
Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
