John “Bud” Johnson
John “Bud” Johnson, 65, of Providence, died Friday, April 24, 2015 at his home.
He is survived by three daughters Sandra Johnson of Providence, Tracy McVay of Diamond, and Jannifer McVay of Princeton; one sister, Joyce Travis of Providence; one brother, Garry Johnson of Providence; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay.
Burial was in Blackford Cemetery in Blackford.

Terry Eagle Warthman
Terie Eagle Warthman, 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, in Frankfort.
Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Kent and Edith Shafer Eagle. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents Clem and Polly Frances Shafer, and James C. Eagle and Terie Masters Eagle.
Mrs. Warthman was a member of the Dixon First Baptist Church in Dixon.
She had been a teacher at the Dixon Elementary School. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, her collections, doing calligraphy, traveling, and church activities.
She is survived by her husband of almost 43 years, John H. Warthman; two sons John Dee Warthman and wife Kim, and Zoey Warthman and wife Shanda; five granddaughters Laura, Naya, Sadira, Hannah, and Addy; two sisters Carole Adams and husband Herman and Nell (Teena) Lamantia; and close cousin Jean Onkst Smith.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 18, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Zoey Warthman¹s pastor, the Rev. Tim Thompson officiating. Burial was in the Pine Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Nelson Adams, Ken Adams, Herman J. Adams, Frank Lamantia, Joey Binegar, and David Harold Jones.
There will be a memorial service held at Dixon First Baptist Church on Sunday April 26th, 2015 beginning at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jared Leet officiating. Everyone is welcome. Please make donations to Dixon First Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.

Jack L. Matthews, 67, of Boxville, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at his home.
He is survived by four daughters, Heather Collins of Marion, Stephanie Elliot Matthews of Maricopa, AZ, Sarah Rigdon and Sonya Johnson both of Evansville, IN; two sons, Josh Matthews of Boxville and Aaron Matthews of Sullivan; sixteen grandchildren.
Services were conducted Friday, April 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon.
Burial was in David-Rest Boxville Cemetery in Boxville.

Dorothy Jean Posey
Dorothy Jean Posey of Providence, died Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
She is survived three daughters, Betty Thomas, Diane Mason and Stacie Tapp; three sons, Kenneth Chandler, James Tapp, and Daniel Tapp; two sisters, Delores Woolfork and Ernestine Ellis.
Services were conducted Monday, April 13, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Church in Providence.
Mason & Sons was in charge of the arrangements.
Mildred Marie Rakestraw Woodruff
Mildred Marie Rakestraw Woodruff, of Henderson, formally of Mt. Pleasant Community in Webster County, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson.
She is survived by two daughters, Connie Townsend of Dixon and Becky Woodruff of Henderson; one son, Steve Jones of Slaughters; one sister, Betty Lou Sapp of Clearwater, FL; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted Friday, April 10, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Slaughters.
Jones & Kirby Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
